JUDGING CRITERIA​

Creativity (50) - This is the originality of your build, make something that stands out!-

Scope (50) - This is additional aspects you add to your build that display your versatility as a builder! Ex. terraforming, props, extra structures.-

Immersion (50) - This overall Impression you get when you see the build, does tell a story or give you a feeling?

Aesthetics (100) - Detailing+Block Palette & most importantly how cohesive they are together.

JOINING THE SERVER

1. ENTER THE IP: META-UNION.COM
BEDROCK: Port is either 19132 or 19133 (depending on if you are connecting with IPv4 or IPv6)

2. GO THROUGH THE  BUILD BATTLE PORTAL

3. FOLLOW THE SIGNS & CLAIM YOUR PLOT WITH /plot claim
or /plot auto

(FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

1. What if I can't join the server?

Some consoles are unable to join, we apologize for the inconvenience however, you can still submit via Instagram or discord!

​

2. Can I use texture packs?

Of course! Within Reason, make sure it still looks similar to vanilla Minecraft. Send images in the discord for clarification if you are worried.

3. Why did my build not get a score?

Due to many entries each judge is allowed to selected a certain number of finalist that then get scored by ALL judges.

​

4. You posted my build, do I win?

No, FosterFam has no control over the judges decisions, all shared post are ones we enjoyed. Winner will CLEARLY be announced on the date stated.

5. Can I use shaders?

Of course! Shaders are always allowed.

​

6. Are video submissions allowed?

YES! Videos are highly encouraged, but not required by any means.

​

7. What time zone are you referring to?

ALL builds are due by midnight of the LAST day Pacific Standard Time (PST)

8. Can I get a cash prize instead of the prize?

Not usually. Prizes are sometimes prepurchased. IF you win & special circumstances arise this MIGHT be considered.

9. I am not 18, an adult, can I still enter?

YES! If you win dependent on your country of origin you may have to get parental approval, but you can still receive you prize!

10. What if I have more questions?
